Return Eligibility
Your satisfaction is our priority, which is why we offer you the option to return goods if the product you ordered does not suit you or does not meet your expectations. Goods that meet the conditions for return can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns after this period.
In order for the return to be processed, the product must be brand new, i.e., unused, unworn, and returned in its original packaging, including all original labels and tags. Items that do not meet these conditions cannot be accepted for return.
If You Wish to Initiate the Return Process, Please Follow These Steps:
First, contact us by email at support@standorm.com, stating your order number and a brief reason for returning the items. Returns without prior approval from our team cannot be processed. Once we receive your request, we will review it as soon as possible and send you detailed return instructions, including delivery address and shipping method information.
Once you have received confirmation and instructions, carefully pack the returned product so that it is not damaged during transport. We recommend using sturdy packaging and filling material, especially for fragile items.
Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the goods, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., sending the wrong or damaged product).

Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, our team will carefully inspect it to ensure that it meets the return conditions - i.e., that it is unused, unworn, and in its original condition. Once this inspection is complete, we will initiate the refund process. The refunded amount will be transferred back to the same payment method you used for your original order. This process usually takes up to 7 days, depending on your bank or payment service provider. We would like to assure you that we do not charge any restocking fees for returning goods.

Exchanges
If you have ordered a product that does not suit you - for example, due to size, colour, or any other reason - we will be happy to help you exchange it. Our goal is for you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so we strive to make the entire exchange process as simple and quick as possible. If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us by email. In your message, please include your order number, the name of the product you wish to exchange, and the reason for the exchange. If you already know what you would like to exchange the product for (e.g., a different size or colour), please include this information as well - it will speed up the process. Once we receive your request, our customer support team will contact you as soon as possible with further instructions. We will provide you with information about the availability of the requested product, how to return the original goods, and any other steps that may need to be taken.

Order Cancellations
We understand that circumstances can change and sometimes it is necessary to cancel an order. If you decide to cancel your order, we recommend that you email us as soon as possible so that we can resolve the situation in a timely manner. However, it is important to keep in mind that once an order enters the processing stage - for example, when it is being prepared for shipment - it can no longer be cancelled. For this reason, prompt communication is key. The sooner you contact us, the greater the chance that we will be able to accommodate you.

Damaged or Wrong Items
If you have received a product that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, we are very sorry and apologise for the inconvenience. Your satisfaction is our priority, so we strive to resolve such situations as quickly and efficiently as possible. To begin the resolution process, please contact us as soon as possible by email. Include your order number in the message and attach photos of the product that clearly show the damage or discrepancy. These images will help us assess the situation more quickly and propose an appropriate solution. Once we receive the necessary information, our team will immediately begin working on the case. Depending on the nature of the problem, we will offer you a replacement, refund, or other form of compensation that is appropriate for the specific situation.
