Shipping Process

Once your shipment is ready to be sent, we will send you another email with tracking information so you can conveniently track its progress. You can track your shipment here. Delivery time is usually between 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday), depending on the location and carrier.

Country and Cost of Delivery
Currently we delivery throughout the Netherlands for free, regardless of the order value.

Potential Delays
If the maximum processing and delivery time for your order has expired and you still haven't received your shipment, there's no need to worry. We recommend waiting up to 2 additional business days, as there may be a slight delay on the part of the carrier. Don't forget to use the tracking code you received to check the current status of your shipment.
If the shipment still hasn't arrived after this time, please contact us by email and provide your order number so that we can check the situation as quickly as possible and find a solution.

Cancellations

However, it is important to keep in mind that once an order enters the processing stage - for example, when it is being prepared for shipment - it can no longer be cancelled. For this reason, prompt communication is key. The sooner you contact us, the greater the chance that we will be able to accommodate you.
